Put It All Together
Learn the Charleston, drawing and discarding, calling tiles, exposures, jokers, choosing a hand, and the basic flow of the game through hands-on practice and guided play.

Join us for a welcoming, hands-on Mahj 101 designed especially for brand-new players. We’ll walk through the game together — from getting to know the tiles and learning to read the National Mah Jongg League card to the Charleston, building a hand, and understanding the flow of play.
No previous Mah Jongg experience is needed. Just come ready to learn, ask questions, and enjoy a little small-town charm with plenty of Mahj energy.
